VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. Please consider volunteering for one of our positions below. If interested please reach out to VP Admin.

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
This year we will require all Key Volunteer positions to complete a registration form required by Little League Canada. See below for what you will need to register:

VOLUNTEER POSITIONS


See below for a brief description of some key volunteer positions.

BOARD MEMBERS
Board Members set the overall objectives and does yearly planning for Bow Ridge Little League. The Board meets monthly throughout the year to discuss those objectives. 
TEAM MANAGER
Team managers are responsible for the administration aspect of the team. They work closely with the Head Coach with duties that can include; inputting game scores and pitch counts, organizing practice times, arranging pitch counters, scorekeepers and field preparation personnel.
EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR
Organize and manage all the equipment. Distribute and collect all equipment to the teams.




WEBSITE ADMIN
The Website Admin is responsible for maintaining the website, sending out communications to the members, and creating and uploading schedules.


HEAD COACH
Head Coaches take on the important role of skill development at games and practices and on field team management.

FACILITIES COORDINATOR
Manage and regularly inspect all baseball fields, batting cages and storage facilities. Organize and coordinate spring maintenace and clean up of all facilities. 



UMPIRE COORDINATOR/SCHEDULER
The Umpire Scheduler will work closely with the UIC to schedule umpires throughout the season. 




VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR
Work closely with the BRLL Board to manage and coordinate volunteers for the league. This may include preparing volunteer lists and volunteer recruitment.


ASSISTANT COACH
Assistant Coaches help the head coach with skill development at games and practices and on field team management.

UNIFORM COORDINATOR
Manage, organize and coordiniate the deployment and return of the leagues uniforms (hat, jersey, belt, pants) to the teams . 



DIVISION COORDINATORS
Division Coordinators manage, organize and supervise all operations of the league's divisions. Communicate with  and represent needs of division teams and coaches, assigning practice facilities and time and addressing any in-season issues that arise. 

EVALUATIONS COORDINATOR
Evaluations Coordinator works closely with VP on Field to organize, manage and perform evaluations of players in Minors and above.
