Please join me in congratulating our 2018 All Star / Summer Ball Bow Ridge Teams on a great season.

Bow Ridge had an AAA and AA Major All Star team, AAA and AA minor All Star team and a Teenage team.  All teams have a strong season, advanced their skill developed and had a ton of fun doing it.

- Rocky Mountain Firecracker Tournament took home the bronze medal.
- Medicine Hat Tournament went undefeated 3-0 in round robin play, and finished as the second best Little League team.
- Playing with the Stars Tournament went undefeated and took home the championship gold medal.
- Although we did not win Provincials, our +/- record was again second best by far in the tournament at +25 over 6 games.

AA Major Team

AAA Minor Team

Played 25 games
At the start of the season the first tournament they didn’t do so well but improved greatly to have Prairie Championship weekend record of 3-1 in the round robin and then lost in the semis to SWLL 12-9 almost taking bronze in a hard fought game with CalWest 3-2.

AA Minor Team

Played 21 game
The kids didn’t win a game their first tournament and improved and battled hard all season with some fun wins.  The development of all players was significant and fun was had by all.  Going into the last inning of the season, the team was down by 5 and won 15-14 in a walk-off victory with the whole lineup batting in their last inning!  Great way to end a great season!

Teenage Team

With the age range of 13-16-year-olds, all players played with heart and pride all season long.  The season started with a 0-4 recorded and improved every weekend to a 3-1 record in the round robin at the Prairie’s Championship tournament to lose in the semis in a hard fought game with Medicine Hat 15-13.
