Call-Out for Concession Coordinator 

 

 

Bow Ridge is calling for a volunteer to fill the following position:

 

 

Hours of commitment:

6-8 hours per month during season 

 

Duties:

 

- Managing the Concession at Foothills Athletic park, with respect to such things as ordering, picking up and stocking supplies (ie: hot dogs, buns, soft drinks, freezes, condiments, napkins, etc.), must have Costco membership.

- Ensuring the facility is clean and safe.

- Working with and coordinating the various Major/National team concession personnel.

- Working with the various Division coordinators with respect to Fun Day(s).

- Working closely with our Treasurer on management of funds.

- Setup processes and procedures at a high level to ensure that the concession runs efficiently.
