Update on the project 

New estimated project cost $320,000.00. (material costs have increased a lot in two years)

Received a total of $298,154.00 in grants from the following organizations:

Alberta Government (CFEP)
Calgary Parks Foundation
Jays Care Foundation
Allardyce Bower Foundation

Raised $14,739.00 in donations and fundraising. 

Unfortunately, the project has been pushed back by the city with the water main break but as of this week, the city has appointed a Project Coordinator which means we can now move forward with planning and hiring a contractor.  We don’t have a start date yet but we hope to complete the project this fall.  Watch your email for more news as it becomes available.
